Kortney moved to Nashville from Toronto 22 years ago to pursue a career in music. Shortly after, she began flipping houses to “Fund her music habit.”

While Kortney spent several years successfully writing and recording music for Disney's Lyric Street record label, she found that helping others find their perfect lifestyle within a home was her true calling.

Kortney has always been someone you can count on to do it all. And when it comes to homes, she has done it all! From the 150+ “gut-it-to-the-studs” home flips she’s done to hundreds of home redesigns and redecorations to her Kort & Co. furniture, hardwood flooring, and bedding line, Kortney has invested herself in every aspect of making a home into a lifestyle.
